Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1) 4 cups milk 2) 1 cup evaporated milk 3) 1 cup condensed milk 4) 4 tbsp nestle cream (or dessert cream) 5) 2 tbsp agaragar powder (china grass powder) 6) 1 tsp vanilla essence o rose essence 7) 3 tbsp cocoa 8} 2 tbsp chocolate syrup

Directions

  • 1) Pour all ingredient except cream in a pot n boil til it bubbles, make sure you stir it.... 2) Remove from flame add cream n beat it well 3) Let it cool a bit n set in moulds on casserole 4) Keep in fridge to chill 5) Unmould n top up with chocolate syrup and serve
